Refund And Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Indian Guy Service Company The refund policy for all registration and membership services offered on the website is given below.

1. Non- Refundable Fee ( Refund Kab Nahi Milega)

Profile Processing Charges:
The fee is non-refundable after your profile is logged in and your profile is updated. Because our company team takes time and resources to verify your profile.

Fake Information’s:
No refund will be given if a user uploads fake ID proof, wrong details, photo of someone else and his/her profile is canceled by the client due to this.

Violation Of Terms:
If any user violates any of the rules or policies of the website, your membership will be canceled and no refund will be given.

2. Refund Eligibility ( Refund Kab mil sakta hai)

Double Payment:
If you are charged twice (duplicate payment) for one transaction due to server error or technical issue, the extra amount will be refunded to you 100%.

No Client Show Or No Confirm Meeting:
If your profile cannot be processed even after payment due to server error or any technical issue, or you do not see any client profile in your login, or you do not have even 1 meeting confirmation and our company team is unable to fix it within 7 days, you can claim a refund.

3. How to claim refund

For refund request you need to contact our official support team within 48 hours of payment.

  • Subject :  Refund Request [ Your Registered Name/ Contact Number]
  • You must send the screenshot of your payment and transaction ID in the e-mail

3. Timeline (Paise kab papas milenge)

If your refund is approved, the money will be transferred to your original payment source (UPI, bank account or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
